Pandemic Experience: Doctor Unlock Ladder

Two requirements advance the ladder#

Defeat all 30 Nurses at your current level to move to the next personal tier. Alliance Doctor levels require both enough members to clear the matching Nurse tier and an alliance victory over the current Doctor.

The illustrated thresholds rise from eight members for Level 2 to forty members for Level 9. Personal progress cannot skip the alliance gate, so every additional member who completes a Nurse level helps the entire alliance reach stronger Doctors and rewards.

When solo attempts stall#

Displayed Might is only the previous Nurse wave’s reference point. Hero composition, gear, and execution may let a well-built squad clear above that number. Try the fight before assuming it is impossible. When troop losses become heavy, rally as an alliance so weaker members can contribute safely.
